Besantek Warranty Policy

BESANTEK have always been known for their exceptional quality. It is for this reason that BESANTEK warrants its products against defects in workmanship and material.
If any Failure, resulting from a defect in either workmanship or material, shall occur under normal use within one year from the date of purchase, such Failure shall be corrected free of charge by repair or replacement of the defective parts.

No charge shall be made for labor or services performed during one year period.

This Warranty does not cover equipment which has been tampered with any way, or damage caused by accident, negligence, alteration, or misapplication.

BESANTEK Advice you to register your purchase product online to keep your data in record to meet the warranty requirement.

The most important terms & conditions:

     Online registration

    When your online registration has been successfully completed, you will automatically receive confirmation by e-mail. Your registration will then either be accepted or rejected within a few days, in both cases you will be automatically notified by e-mail. If you have not received any response from us within six weeks, please write to us by e-mail at: cc@besantek.com.

    Making a claim under warranty

    In the event that you want to make a claim under warranty, please send us the product together with a copy of the warranty certificate and your purchase receipt. Please contact your local distributor for more information on this process.

    Please note that BESANTEK is not obligated to repair a products that has been illegally imported.
